Do you play the network marketing blame game? Most games are fun but not this one. I highly recommend you refrain from participation! It’s very easy to get caught up in it and keep going down that rabbit hole.
The rules to “play the network marketing blame game” are easy. Just find any reason other than you, on which to blame your failure in MLM. I’ve heard it all: “My sponsor does not help me”, “The compensation plan sucks,” “My upline leadership does not provide training,” “No one wants these products,” and the whining goes on.
You can stop playing at any time. To succeed with your network marketing business, take responsibility now!
Do Not Play the Network Marketing Blame Game
Let’s take a look at the key components of every networking marketing business. It doesn’t matter which one you are with.
We all have the same compensation plan, same training, same product, same tools, and more. The only variable is YOU.
- Compensation plan: there is a single pay plan for everyone in your network marketing business. Some distributors are making a lot of money. Why not you? Don’t blame it on the compensation plan. It works for other people and it can work for you too! Take responsibility for your business. If you take action daily and consistently, you can grow your business.
- Product: everyone in your business sells the same products. In my first MLM business, I was a top retailer, breaking records and earning some great rewards like trips, iPad, and cash bonuses. Yet, people on my team could not sell a single one of the product. Why? Believe in yourself and find your passion for the products. You are not a car salesman. You have high quality products to offer people. Remember, if you are not passionate about your company’s products or do not believe in them, neither will anyone else. Do not play the network marketing blame game.
- Training and tools: if you are not getting training from your sponsor, the company usually has tons of training and tools in the online distributor office. Do you attend events? Plenty of training there and other leaders who would be happy to answer your questions. You can also learn how to harness the power of Facebook or other social media by investing in your training and education with a great system like MLSP. Take responsibility.
Everyone in your network marketing business has the same things to work with. Stop blaming the products, compensation plan, or lack of training from your sponsor. This is YOUR business. That’s what you wanted, right? Now go build it!
Do not play the Network Marketing blame game. Focus on success instead.
