Information that shows them that we have what they want or can help them get it, but does not sell them on that. Sometimes it is a very fine line between the two, but when the technique is mastered there is nothing that can stop you from succeeding.
Definitely agree that we need to understand our niche market before we can market to them. Know what they want and provide a solution for it.
